Six years ago, I was called to my first vocational ministry position in the Church. A dream that I had tended, guarded and nurtured in my heart for twelve years, was finally realized.

I am filled with joy and gratitude every day for this great miracle.

The challenge is trying not to lose all that I have learned spiritually, in the 12 years that God has been training me for this…….

My ministry is part time, contracted at approximately 30 hours a week. Two years ago, I was led to start a challenging and extremely fun small business on the side. I am, what we call a bi-vocational minister.

So, I am facing the challenge of balancing two jobs that I LOVE- and the rest of my life an an aspiring memoir author, wife, friend, person in recovery and child of God.

Here’s the tricky part:
